Early Apirl: The Eater and the Funny Guy

It had been raining here for three days straight so I decided to take Griffin outside for a bit. He was very excited. We have been having early spring weather which, here is North Georgia, means one of the following : rainy, warm, cold, and sometimes all in the same day.



In the last entry I mentioned Olive's new love: FOOD. Here is a series of her in action. It is funny that we got one, Griffin, that has meal times that are like pulling nails and the other, Olive, that feeds herself at 10 months.






Here is Griffin being funny. He told me to take his picture. He wanted to show me that he can drink through his eye.

Hello All,

Here are some pictures I have been intending to post for a while. I hope you all enjoy this new set of photos.

These days we are eagerly anticipating visits from Cyndi Reinhardt and Lisa Billings (auntie). They will both be making appearances in Georgia in April if all goes according to plan.

Here is a photo of Griffin showing his sweetness. It has been difficult lately because Olive has been teething, a.k.a irritable, and Griffin wants to comfort her. The problem is that she sometimes gets upset when he hugs her. How do you discipline a child who is trying to be loving? This particular photos shows Olive enjoying some "sugar" from her brother.

Here is her mad face. This is a face we have seen a lot of lately.

Next time I will have to get a photo of her eating. She loves to feed herself and it has become her favorite past-time these days.

March Snow

Here is a photo of our yard a couple hours after the snow started to fall. The snow continued to fall for close to twelve hours. We lost power for from 4:00 in the after noon until 2:00 in the morning. So, Mollie cooked food, at our all too gracious, neighbor's house and the family slept next to the fireplace in the living room.

I have to throw in at least one picture of Griffin. We got some awesome video of Griffin in the snow action, but for some reason I have not found any photos.

Finally, Olive has become very attached to this monkey stuffed animal (pictured) and I thought I should show all of you some pictures of her and her new friend.
