This year the Billings South-East went to Aunt Penny's Farm in Illinois for Thanksgiving. We met the Scott's North-West (Marshall, Amye, Micah and Liam), the Scott's South-West (
GGpa Charlie and
GGma Jeanie) and the Billings South-West (
Grampy Dave and Grandma Kathy). It was so great to see and be together with everyone. It was also awesome to see the young-ones playing together. Cousin Liam and Micah are pictured above.

One day, while Olive June was napping, we took the boys to a local park. They all had a really great time.

While we were there, Marshall had his 40
th birthday. For his birthday he got a delicious cake and a day all to himself while the rest of the Scott's Northwest and Billings' Southwest went to St. Louis for a day.
In St.Louis we went to a
Children's Museum. The featured exhibition was called "
Grossology." Pictured here is Griffin sliding from the mouth down the esophagus to the stomach. From there the kids climbed through a intestine tunnel that ended with the rectum and a brown mat on the floor. This is just one example of the
Grossology displays.

While we were in St.Louis we met our friends, the
Akers, whom we previously met earlier this year at the Lighthouse. It was really great to see Mike, Leslie, Madison, Michaella and Michaella's boyfriend Chris. They were doing well.
Another
momentous occasion, while we were in Illinois, was the early celebration of
GGma Jeanie's 90
th birthday. It was really nice for everyone to be able to be there to see her surprise and joy.
All the boys got to ride Geronimo, the horse. Their faces show their excitement.

While Mollie was in San Diego visiting Family, specifically Grandpa Gordie, I took the kids to a breakfast with Santa at Sandy Creek Nature Center. Griffin read his Christmas wish list to Santa. It include Trixie the Triceratops and Drums.
Olive June was not as brave but she did manage to sit on Mrs. Claus' lap for a photo.
Olive June and Griffin worked on some crafts too.
Prior to Mollie's departure, she made cookies with Griffin. He loved decorating the giant gingerbread cookie.
